The healthcare technology landscape is crowded with multiple apps attempting to solve similar problems. However, these solutions often struggle with adoption due to complex interfaces, especially among elderly patients who are less proficient with mobile devices. In the professional sphere, doctors remain resistant to switching software, even when current tools are inefficient and outdated. Overcoming these barriers required a product so intuitive and easy to use that it could drive real adoption.
